Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 3 business days
2. Review the notice for completeness and validity

4. Notify the person who posted the content (if applicable) that it has been removed
5. Provide information about counter-notification procedures

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the relevant court

7. False Claims

Be aware that filing a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notification may subject you to civil liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages and attorney's fees.

8. Repeat Infringers
